Early Friday

It’s 8:00am, and I haven’t even opened my email yet.

I spent 2 days at a conference, focusing on industry updates and how it changes my project.  I’ll spend of all today reporting out what I learned, and tweaking the direction of my project team.

But it’s 8:00am, and I haven’t opened my email client.  I’ve been here since a little before 7:30am.  I just don’t want to.  Even with my VP in the office today, I’m not not there.

Tomorrow and Friday, I’m out of the office.  Vacation time.  A little bit of travel up north.  For reasons.

I’m looking forward to tomorrow, but right now I’m more looking forward to today begin over.
